To change your password you must first log in to your e-mail.
From there, you then click on "Options" at the top of the screen.
From the resulting menu, click on "Change Password" at the bottom the the right hand list.
Enter your current password under "Old Password" and your desired password under "New Password" and "Verify New Password" (these must be identical, and are case sensitive) Click on submit.
If the password change is successful, you will need to log out (use the "Sign Out" link in the top-right corner of the page) and then log in using the new password. - I have forgotten my password, What should I do?
We are unable to recover a lost password for you. However, We can reset a forgotten password.

Staff: Please contact the Tech. Department to have your password reset. Once the password has been reset, please change it as soon as possible. - Does my e-mail have SPAM filters and Virus Protection?
Yes. All incoming and outgoing messages are automatically scanned for viruses. Any message that is identified as being infected is dropped, and not delivered to your inbox. To ensure that you are protected against the latest threats our AntiVirus program automatically checks for updates once an hour.
All messages are also automatically checked against a battary of over 700 tests to determine if the message is SPAM. Each positive test adds or subtracts a specific score to the message, and the final score is used to make the determination. If the score is over 10, the message is declared to be SPAM, and is not delivered to your inbox. If the score is under 10, but over 5, the message is marked as "Probably Spam" and sent to your inbox. You can use this marking to filter these messages out of your inbox automatically. If the score is under 5, the message is assumed to be clean, and is delivered to your mailbox unmarked. To help protect your inbox against new types of SPAM, our SPAM filter automatically checks for new tests on a daily basis. - How do I filter SPAM out of my mailbox?
To filter SPAM based on the message having been marked follow these directions:
- After Logging in to your e-mail Create a "Junk Mail" folder by clicking on the "Folders" link at the top of the screen. In the top box, "Create Folder" SPAM as a subfolder of "INBOX" and click Create
- Click on the "Refresh folder list" link
- Click on the "Options" link
- Click on the "Message Filters" link (immediately above the "Change Password" link)
- Click on the "[New]" link.
- Match: "Header"
Contains: X-Spam-Flag: YES
Move to: INBOX.SPAM
Click "Submit" - Click "[Done]", and then return to your inbox.
All messages will then be checked for the presence of the SPAM marking, and if present, be moved into the SPAM folder.
